CIP have been busy on Mole Business Park in Leatherhead, working for two separate Clients. The Collectv instructed us to build a mezzanine floor with Engineer office below plus Office & Meeting room to the 1st floor. A new kitchen and conversion of two wc’s into four ‘superloos’ on the ground floor.
Only a few yards away, TP Improvements have instructed us to build a new dual level mezzanine floor, to allow the creation of a new Showroom and storage area.
